Instructions For Online Registration

Before registering, please familiarize yourself with the CONTEST CATEGORIES & RULES referenced in the flyer below

The Pelikan Model Club is offering entrants the opportunity to pre-register their model entries for Pelicon'25. A discount of $5 on the total registration fee will be offered to those who take advantage of the pre-registration process.
We strongly suggest you consider using our online registration form by clicking the Pre-Register button below, to facilitate a more rapid check-in process on the day of the event. This form has been configured as a Fillable Form that allows you to type in your data online, eliminating the need to fill out the "Contestant Registration Form".
Once you pre-register online you do not need to check in at the registration desk on the day of the show. Simply take your model(s) and the completed Individual Model Entry Form (IMEF) - which is available for download below, and take them to the contest/display area. (An IMEF should be completed for each individual model being entered into the contest).
After you submit your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation with your Registration Number. This is your Contestant Number that goes into your IMEF. If you DO NOT receive one, please contact us at ipmspelikanclub@gmail.com immediately.

Registration at the show

Complete the Contestant Registration Form (one per contestant), and the Individual Model Entry Form for each model you will enter in the show. Each model on display must have an entry form. Both forms available below, have been configured as a Fillable Form PDF. Once downloaded, information can be entered directly into text boxes on the forms saved and printed. These forms are also available in standard PDF for download, print, and fill-out manually. You may refer to the Category List (see flyer) to help determine in what categories your builds belong. A registration/contestant number will be assigned to you by the Pelicon staff at the registration desk.
if you want your model to be considered for one of the special award category, you MUST mark/select your model entry form where indicated under the Special Award Category.

Registration Fees

Pre-Registration Fee is $15 up to 5 entries ($1 each additional entry) and will close on April 21st.

Registration fee at the door $20 up to 5 entries ($1 each additional entry)

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation is less than 3 days in advance of the event date, we will be unable to provide a refund.

When you purchase your ticket from IPMS Pelikan Model Club event you agree to these terms.
