Instructions For Online Registration

Before registering, please familiarize yourself with the CONTEST CATEGORIES & RULES referenced in the flyer below

The Pelikan Model Club is offering pre-registration for model entries at Pelicon'26. If you pre-register online, you will receive a $5 discount on your total registration fee.

We strongly encourage you to use the online registration form by clicking the button below. The form is fillable, so you can enter your information online instead of completing the Contestant Registration Form by hand. Pre-registering will also make check-in faster on the day of the event.

The first 30 modelers who pre-register will receive a scratch-off card for a chance to win 5 raffle tickets (a $5 value). All other pre-registered participants will receive 1 raffle ticket.

After you pre-register online, you do not need to check in at the main registration desk on the day of the show. Instead, go directly to the pre-registration desk. Bring:
- Your model(s)
- A completed Individual Model Entry Form (IMEF) for each model (available for download below)

After submitting your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your Registration Number. This number is your Contestant Number and must be entered on each IMEF.

IMPORTANT!: If you do not complete and pay for your registration online in advance, you will be required to register at the door to receive your registration/contestant number and pay the full fee of $20.

Registration at the show

Complete one Contestant Registration Form per person and an Individual Model Entry Form (IMEF) for each model you are entering in the show. Every model on display must have its own entry form.

Both forms are available below as fillable PDF forms. After downloading, you can type your information directly into the form, save it, and print it. Standard (non-fillable) PDF versions are also available if you prefer to print and complete the forms by hand.

You may refer to the Category List (see flyer) to help determine which category your model should be entered in.

Your registration/contestant number will be assigned by Pelicon staff at the registration desk.

if you want your model to be considered for one of the special award category, you MUST mark/select your model entry form where indicated under the Special Award Category.

Registration Fees

Pre-Registration Fee is $15 up to 5 entries ($1 each additional entry) and will close on March 11th.

Registration fee at the door $20 up to 5 entries ($1 each additional entry)

All participants will receive 1 raffle ticket ( a $1 value).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation is less than 3 days in advance of the event date, we will be unable to provide a refund.
